Sertalp Bilal Çay was born 28 February 1988 in Ankara / Turkey. He is a student of Bilkent University (Ankara) at Industrial Engineering Department. He is a blogger since April 2007. In order to reach more people, he starts to translate his works into English.

He is writing about life generally, but he interests with computer, programming and internet world, and he tries to write something about his research. His hobby is programming with Java.
